So the ad is cute in a Tim Burton-esque way and the sharing of cookies relates to the sharing of music. But how on earth are you meant to know what the ad is about, without already knowing about it?…

What on earth were they thinking?

  2. Macpriest Says:

Oh please… Stay of the damn drugs!

Are they promoting limewire or some new kind of cookie-dow.
    I don’t get it.

Funny thing… My Safari’s not playing nice with YouTube embedded videos today. So, I watched it without sound. GREAT! animation… TERRIBLE! marketing appeal for the product. This is up there with the really bad Kayak.com ads. Nasty!

  4. Hauer Says:

That happens when you have too much money. (And they forget to mention that when you only eat these kind of cookies given to you for 3 days your system shuts down because all those calories are deleted from your energy balance.)
    Weird.

  5. Macgicos Says:

Well, it only misses the (big corp music?) character that will rip your guts out to make you throw away the cookie after 3 days you had it…

  6. Jaiotu Says:

    No, no, no.
It’s like you are being given perfectly good cookies that are simply undigestible. You get to taste them, but you have to spit them out.

they are just trying to drive traffic to that site, from there interested people can find out what they need to know.

HTF does this advertise a mp3 player?!?!!?!? WTF is microsoft trying to kid, Apple DOMINATES the music industry, mp3 wise, and soon the world will see the power of OS X: Leopard!!!!

  9. Palik Says:

Looks like he share APPLE PIE !!!! heh

  10. Macpriest Says:

Kuro, you scare me with your: “Apple DOMINATES the music industry, mp3 wise, and soon the world will see the power of OS X: Leopard!!!!”

I hope Apple won’t dominate anything, ’cause then it will become just another monopolist like “the one we don’t mention”…
See the example of the iPod. My 1st gen. iPod was a treat, nice packaging an every detail was thought of. My latter iPod Photo was the crappiest iPod I ever had with an apauling soundquality (I sent it back to Apple 3times). And then there is the 1st gen. Nano. Not very well thought through. That’s what happens when companies dominate. No thanks.

The good thing about Apple is that they are NOT a monopolist. The very reason for their higher standard of quality… That goes for the OS and sadly enough less and less for hardware.
