The Meizu M8 is said to measure in at a scant 57×105x11.5mm and packs both a GSM and Chinese TD-SCDMA 3G radio, a 3.3″ 720×480 pixel display, Bluetooth, a 3MP camera, and an ARM11 CPU capable of recording video at 30fps at the device’s full 720×480 resolution. It’ll be available from next year in Asia. Perhaps Apple should take note on the specs…

This is simple a copy of the iPhone and no one will be able to compete with the iPhone copying it. Thats the whole point of patents. Companies should be focussing on innovation and trying to overtake iPhone rather than ultimately worse versions of the iPhone due to patents. I think the iPhone is still way above the rest

I personally think the Iphone is overated, as a well known scholar once said, “why re-invent the wheel” iphone lacks many features which the Meizu company is adding and improving upon. I don’t believe it’s meant to compete, as I would never buy an iphone. Did I mention you don’t need a 2 year contract with a mobile phone network and it’s nearly half the price? Oh, and it’s Windows based. Good for me and my PC.

I personally not agree with bargy, I thin the Iphone itlself lacks of a lot of features which have been added to the meizu and other phones, so I do not think they are worst or bad. on the contrary thin they have improved over the original which is the Iphone. Iphone is the original and no one can say it is not, but the others are coming better and shiper and Ohh did I forget to mention that I can use them in any carrier I chose to?
