Apple rumor site, ThinkSecret, issued a statement today indicating that they would no longer be published due to terms of a confidential settlement with Apple.
Apple and Think Secret have settled their lawsuit, reaching an agreement that results in a positive solution for both sides. As part of the confidential settlement, no sources were revealed and Think Secret will no longer be published. Nick Ciarelli, Think Secret’s publisher, said “I’m pleased to have reached this amicable settlement, and will now be able to move forward with my college studies and broader journalistic pursuits.”
We will miss ThinkSecret. They were one of the sites that inspired us to start up back in November 2003. I think this case puts into perspective what a community the Mac web is and MacShrine will strive forward against Apple’s wish to knock us back.

IT IS STRANGE THAT DICTATURESHIP FROM APPLE, IF NOBODY CAN PRODUCE PCs WITH OS 10, AND THE MOTHERBOARDS FOR PC ARE STILL INFERIOR TO THE ONES PRODUCED FOR APPLE, SO WHY DO THEY STAY WATCHING THE INCITATORS OF THEIR CONSUMERS TO BUY MORE STUFF FROM THEM (APPLE) LIKE KGB AGENTS CAN WATCH?
STEVE JOBS WOULD BETTER CHANGE HIS DRESSING STYLE BECAUSE HE IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS, OVER 20 YEARS DRESSING THE SAME TYPE OF SHOES, SLACKS, AND LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS.
I WILL JUST BUY A MAC BECAUSE I AM TIRED OF GETTING MY WORK STOPPED DUE TO KRETINOWS (WINDOWS) CRASHING THE MBR REGISTER.

Come on! Please remove this news, it is old. It sounds like you wanted and celebrated the end of Think Secret which remains online, but with a bit different news type.
By the way I miss the hot news that you publicized in the past.

Greetings! I just happened to drop by my attention was caught by this particular post. I’m not sure how to access Think Secret. The commenter before me claimed that it is still up and running although holding a different content. I clicked on the link above but for some reason, I’m not allowed to access the site. Anyway, here’s to a many more years for Macshrine. My boyfriend loves you very much!
